While some degree of anxiety can be normal, an inability to process or control anxious thoughts can profoundly affect the way you function on a daily.
This group will teach you how to calm your anxiety while providing a combination of skills training and peer-to-peer interactions. Participants are encouraged to help each other by sharing their stories and struggles with anxiety.
The goal of this group is to provide group members with:
Increased awareness and understanding of how anxiety affects the body and everyday life.
Increased awareness of our human limitations while learning to bestow grace on ourselves.
Coping skills to implement when experiencing anxiety.
Connection with others to help normalize the process and journey towards a healthier version of yourself.
There may be homework assignments given in the group.

Based on the duration of the group. Will range anywhere from $300 to $900 for the entire duration of the group.
Materials fee when applicable, $0 to $30.
